Two 'readymade' homes costing £460,000 and £687,000 are now available to buy in Ledsham Garden Village.

Two “readymade” homes are now available to buy at Ledsham Garden Village in Cheshire. The properties are priced at £460,000 and £687,000, according to the Chester Standard report.
The homes are off Ledsham Road, near Little Sutton, as part of Redrow’s wider Ledsham Garden Village development. The scheme is expected to eventually include around 2,000 homes.
The two properties are a three-bedroom Leamington Lifestyle home and a four-bedroom Richmond home. The Leamington Lifestyle is priced at £460,000 and comes with more than £35,000 worth of extras, while the Richmond is priced at £687,000 and includes more than £40,000 worth of extras.
According to the report, the Leamington Lifestyle has an open-plan kitchen, dining and family room, a separate lounge, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, plus a main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe or dressing room.
The Richmond spans 2,030 square feet and has an open-plan kitchen with adjoining dining and family areas, a separate lounge, utility room and integral garage. It has four double bedrooms, a family bathroom, two en-suites and a walk-in dressing room in the main bedroom.
Amanda Jones, sales director at Redrow NW, said the company is “creating a new community” at Ledsham, which she said will eventually include a local shop, a community hub, allotments, meadow parkland and an orchard. The report also says the wider development will include a new Tesco Express.
