A pub group is inviting guests to unwind and savour Sundays with its new Roast & Relax experience.

Bear Inns is launching a new Roast & Relax experience at The Swan in Tarporley and The Lion in Malpas, with Sunday roasts, live acoustic music and a more laid-back dining format. The scheme is being introduced to encourage guests to slow down and enjoy Sundays without feeling rushed.
According to the report, the experience will run every Sunday at both pubs in Cheshire. Bear Inns has removed the usual two-hour dining limit, so guests can linger over dessert, have another drink or stay on for conversation.
Sunday roasts will be guaranteed until 6pm, with food served until 9pm. On the second Sunday of each month, both pubs will also feature live acoustic music.
The menu includes roast meats, homemade Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy, with sauces such as horseradish, apple, bread and mint. Cauliflower cheese is available as an optional extra.
Bear Inns has also launched a loyalty card for the scheme, offering a stamp with each Sunday roast and discounts on future visits.
