Davenham entrepreneur Karen Murray has launched LINX Permanent Jewellery, a new business offering custom-fitted bracelets, anklets, necklaces and rings.

The jewellery is joined with a small weld rather than a traditional clasp. Despite being designed for everyday wear, the pieces can be removed by cutting the chain at the joining link.

LINX launched in September 2026. The collection includes sterling silver and 14-carat gold-filled jewellery, with customers able to choose from different chain styles and add charms or connectors.

Appointments usually take between 20 and 30 minutes. Individual and group bookings are available, including some evening and weekend appointments.

Murray previously ran Dexter & Jones in Knutsford and founded Jones Distillery. She said the new business gave her the chance to combine her business experience with her interest in jewellery.

“I have lived here all my life, so I have a really strong connection to the village,” she said of Davenham. “I thought it would be wonderful to bring something a little different to the area.”

Appointments are held at Murray’s home studio in Davenham, with some availability at a clinic on London Road. Mobile appointments are also offered for events including birthdays, hen parties, weddings and family gatherings.

Further information and bookings are available through LINX Permanent Jewellery’s website and social media pages.
